Service Description

In this lesson, students will learn how to how to recognise and organise their thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a fun and creative way. In this enjoyable and relaxing class, students will be introduced to the world of journaling. They will be shown how to layout, decorate and organise their journals and will also be provided with journaling prompts such as “Name 5 things that made you smile today”. Did you know that the practice of reflection has been proven to increase self-awareness, self-confidence, and empathy? Students will not be expected to share any of their private thoughts, but they will be encouraged to engage in discussion and share their creative ideas.
